Rinse the pad, then machine wash on a cold or warm cycle with your regular detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softener, as they can damage the absorbent layers of washable pee pads.

Yes — reusable dog pads are safe to wash with towels or pet laundry. Dog urine is fully water-soluble and washes out completely with detergent, so your washer won’t smell. For extra peace of mind, you can run an empty hot cycle afterward, but it’s optional.

For the best odor control, use an enzyme detergent or add white vinegar to the rinse cycle. These break down urine odors and keep your washable dog pad smelling fresh.

For longest lifespan, hang dry your pad. You can also tumble dry on low heat. Avoid high heat — it can damage the waterproof backing on reusable dog pee pads.

We want you and your pet to love your NomoHaus piece. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Because we’re a small studio, we’re not able to cover the cost of return shipping for larger furniture items. This helps us keep prices fair while maintaining high-quality materials.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received it
• Free of pet hair, odors, and any signs of wear
• Fully disassembled and packed securely in the original packaging (or an equivalent heavy-duty box)

Return Shipping Costs

Smaller Items (Ellie Pee Pad, Nami Jar, accessories)

• Returns are free — we’ll send you a prepaid label.

Furniture & Beds (e.g., The Leo Bed)

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• You can use your own carrier, or we can provide a discounted prepaid label.
• If you use our label, the cost (usually $50–$250, depending on location and package size) will be deducted from your refund.

In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@nomohaus.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately at no cost to you.

Once we receive your return, it typically takes 5-7 business days to inspect and process the return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after processing.
